Cooking Attempto! Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry

Tonight will be going with the following ingredients…

  • Diced Chicken
  • Mushrooms
  • Lemongrass
  • Teriyaki Sauce
  • Broccolli
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Bokchoi!
  • Some seasoning

We’ll see how it turns out!

And we’re back!

The method was pretty simple:

  • Boil the noodles
  • Fry the chicken with oil
  • Add the onion
  • Add capsicum, bokchoi and mushrooms
  • Add teriyaki sauce and random spices!

And the results!

This part was great. The lack of bench space required me to improvise somewhere for cooking the noodles. Kettle + Sink = brilliant!

Fin!

  1. David says:

Very impressive. Looks like good grub!

(And what is it with Broccoli… for the last 2 months I’ve only seen Cauliflower… Broccoli at least has a bit of flavor)

Equally impressed that you cook your meals with an apron on! Real Chief material! XD

(And the CAPTCHA for today is “more stirring” – how appropriate! :p)
